“We are grateful that both vacationers and travel advisors alike have helped make RFD a significant winter gateway to popular vacation destinations like Cancun/Riviera Maya, Punta Cana, and Costa Rica,” Snisky continued.
Apple Vacations® was a seasonal fixture at RFD until the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic stalled international travel. In its 15 prior seasons with the airport, more than 100,000 passengers took advantage of the services and specials offered by Apple Vacations and RFD. The collaboration led to better fares, more destinations, and amazing vacations for travelers within a 200-mile radius of the Rockford region.
RFD offers fast and hassle-free check-in; free WiFi; free luggage carts; fewer crowds, shorter security lines, affordable parking/valet service, and many other amenities for passengers.
